Annual Student Registration

The Appleton Area School District requires enrollment for new students (4K - grade 12) and annual registration for existing students (KG - grade 12).

Required annual registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. 

What do I need for Enrollment/Registration?

The parent/guardian should be prepared to complete an online application containing demographic information, emergency contact phone numbers, the name and phone number of your child’s doctor, medical information, and language information.

After your child’s online application has been submitted, you may be asked to provide immunization records to your student’s school.

Onsite Registration Assistance

July 28, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Families are invited to stop by their school for on-site registration assistance. This is primarily a walk-in event; appointments are appreciated but not required.

District staff and translators will be available to assist families with tasks like:

  • Annual online registration
  • School fees
  • Chartwells meal program information
  • Extended Day Learning Program before- and after-school care availability

If your student’s annual online registration has already been completed and you do not need assistance with any of the items listed above, you do not need to attend.

Meet and Greet Event

The Elementary School Meet and Greet is an opportunity for families to meet their child’s teacher, principal, and other staff members, as well as drop off school supplies.
